How to Navigate the PortalWatch this loom video.Auto Renewal + Transparent BillingAll memberships auto-renew. Monthly members pay for access on a monthly basis. This fee renews automatically each month on the same day as your original subscription date. Annual members pay for the full year of the Create The Love Community™ in advance. This fee renews automatically each year on the anniversary of your original subscription date. You will receive reminder emails about upcoming payments, as well as receipts each time your membership payment is charged.
How to Update Your Billing InformationYou can update your billing information anytime via our
member billing portal. Changing your payment method in Settings in Mighty Networks will not update your payment method, as we use a third-party payment processor for all payments.
How to Cancel Your MembershipYou can cancel your membership anytime via your
member billing portal. Deactivating your Mighty Networks account does NOT cancel the billing, you must cancel within the billing portal. Once you cancel, you will retain membership access until the end of your billing period.

Refund PolicyWe do not offer refunds or credits more than 48 hours after your first payment. While we do not anticipate buyer's remorse, we do understand that our community might not meet your needs. After this 48-hour period, all membership payments are final and will not qualify for a refund. To request a refund within 48 hours of your first payment, please send an email to hello@createthelove.com.
We do not offer refunds or credits outside of this - it is your responsibility to cancel before your scheduled billing date. We send you reminders before you are billed, and receipts when you are billed.

If you request a cancellation outside of regular business hours, this may result in your next billing cycle being charged.
