What’s your course refund policy?

Our refund policy can be read here. We strongly believe in the work that we do and our offerings therefore to honour our policy, the Create The Love team will keep you accountable in meeting the conditions upon your request for refund.

How does the course I purchased work? What’s the process? Are there daily emails?

In the first lesson of every course is an FAQ section that answers all questions about the course, what’s included, the pace to complete, and any additional information you may need to know.

How long will I have access to the course for?

We guarantee that you will have access to the course for a minimum of 6 months.

I’m not getting any of the emails for my course - who do I contact?

First thing’s first – check your spam folder and ensure our messages haven’t gotten lost in digital outer space. Secondly, ensure you’re subscribed. If these don’t work, reach out to [email protected].

What do I do if there is an issue with billing?

If there is an issue with billing, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to alert the company of the error and maintain awareness of transactions posting to their account. We will notify you once. If you (the purchaser) do not update your details, your course access will be revoked.

I’m on a payment plan and my payment failed. Can I skip a payment or change my billing cycle?

Our billing system is automated and we don’t have the ability to pause or adjust your billing cycle. If you are registered in a course and have a failed payment, the system will retry the charge 7 days later. If your payment fails after retrying, your plan will be cancelled and access will end.

I can’t get access to my course that I purchased, how do I login?

It’s saying my email is invalid - what do I do?

It’s likely that your email was entered incorrectly. Please contact [email protected] and include your name, the email address you signed up with and the name of the course that you’ve purchased.

I forgot to use a promo code at purchase, can you apply the discount?

If you are having issues at checkout please contact customer service support at [email protected] prior to purchasing so we can troubleshoot with you.

I’m trying to use a code and it isn’t working?

At the checkout page, enter the code in the “Coupon Code” field. Please make sure you are entering the code in all CAPS and not using any spaces. Click the “Apply” button to ensure your code has been applied before you complete your purchase. All discount codes should be visible at checkout and if you do not see the discount applied and are prompted with an invalid coupon pop-up, the code was not accepted. Please note most codes have an expiry date. Try entering it again and checking details of the code.

Do you have any promo codes or discounts if I refer people to courses?

1:1 Coaching

Do you offer private coaching sessions or 1:1 sessions?

How do I choose which coach to work with?

A good place to start would be to take a look at each of the coaches web pages, find out their key focuses here, and see which coach you feel the most aligned with. That said, both of these coaches are kickass humans and are more than capable of helping you step into your healing.

How do I become a coach?
