What’s your course refund policy?

Our refund policy can be found here.

For courses purchased before on or before 12/31/2022, please refer to our previous refund policy. No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period has passed – which means that no refunds will be granted after January 14, 2023, in accordance with our new policy.

For courses purchased on or after 01/01/2023: Courses, workshops, and digital products do not qualify for refunds due to the nature of the immediate delivery. All courses are hosted on the Kajabi platform, and customers will receive an email with directions on how to access course content immediately after purchase. We do not offer refunds because our courses are self-study, all of the content is made immediately available after purchase, and the content is downloadable.

We do not offer partial refunds for coupons. Coupons can only be applied to future purchases.

Our intention is for you to be happy with your purchase. We stand behind our courses and believe that if you do the work, you will achieve the outcomes you desire. If you feel that you’ve purchased the wrong course or have any other concerns, please contact .

By purchasing our products, you must read and agree to our terms & conditions, including our refund policy. Course access, email read/open receipts, login data, and course progress logs are kept by the Kajabi platform. These records will be provided to banks in the case of disputes.

Are Create The Love Courses a replacement for Therapy? Are they right for me to take if I have some painful and unresolved trauma?

Create The Love courses are not intended to be a replacement for Therapy, but they can be a powerful complement to it. Most Create The Love courses are based on exploring your past and understanding it in order to understand the way you show up today. If you have unresolved trauma, our content may be triggering as it may bring up painful past memories. If you have any painful past trauma that has not been treated and negatively impacts your life, please consider speaking with a therapist before purchasing any of our courses. How does the course I purchased work? What’s the process?

All Create The Love courses are hosted by Kajabi. Upon signing up, you can create your password. If you didn’t create one, Kajabi will send you a temporary password shortly after purchase. Please check your spam + promotions folders. In the Intro module of every course is an FAQ section that answers all questions about the course. If you didn’t get any emails from Kajabi, email us at [email protected].

Once you have your login information set up, you will log in to Kajabi (on your computer or using the Kajabi mobile app) and see your course(s) to be able to access the content.

How long will I have access to the course for?

We guarantee that you will have access to your purchased digital product, course, or offering as long as the product is in existence on Kajabi, and that the content is downloadable to keep if the product ever ceases to exist on Kajabi. You will be able to download the audio files of the lessons, worksheets, meditations, and all other documents that we provide for you so that you can continue to have access anytime you want to revisit the coursework anytime.

Does my course come with live calls and what if I can't make them?

We periodically host live calls for all of our courses. If there is one coming up in a course you’re looking into buying, it will be listed on our course purchase pages.

If you can’t make it live, you’ll have access to the recording within 24 hours of the call.

I'm deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or have low vision. Does this course accommodate me?

Each of the lessons that feature a video or meditation will have a downloadable audio version in the Downloads section. Also, you can turn on Closed Captioning (English) for the videos as well, and read those as captions or in long form/paragraph style.

I’m not getting any of the emails for my course - who do I contact?

Please check your spam/junk and promotions folders. If you still don’t see them, reach out to [email protected].

What happens if my payment fails or I need to update my credit card information?

If your payment doesn’t go through, we will notify you and you will also receive a notification from Stripe or PayPal. If you purchased using a credit card right on the Kajabi checkout page, you can change your credit card information right inside of your profile settings (click your face icon in the top right) after login into to Kajabi. If you purchased using PayPal, you can log in directly to PayPal and adjust the payment method for the recurring payment plan under Create The Love. After several missed attempts, your course access will be automatically revoked.

I can’t get access to my course that I purchased, how do I login?

If you don’t see your course there, either the purchase didn’t go through, or, it may be under a different mail address. Please contact us at [email protected].

It’s saying my email is invalid - what do I do?

It’s likely that your email was entered incorrectly. Please contact [email protected] and include your name, the email address you signed up with and the name of the course that you’ve purchased.

I'm having issues checking out.

If you are having issues at checkout please contact support at [email protected] so we can troubleshoot with you.

I’m trying to use a code and it isn’t working?

At the checkout page, enter the code in the “Coupon” field. Please make sure you are entering the code in all CAPS and not using any spaces. Click the “Apply” button to ensure your code has been applied before you complete your purchase. All discount codes should be visible at checkout, and if you do not see the discount applied and are prompted with an invalid coupon pop-up, the code was not accepted. Please note that most codes have an expiry date. Try entering it again and checking the details of the code. Email [email protected] for assistance.

1:1 Coaching

Do you offer private coaching sessions or 1:1 sessions?

Thanks for your interest in our team stepping into your space of growth! Mark is no longer taking private coaching sessions, but we work with coaches that we know and trust to facilitate Mark’s programs. To find out more about these coaches and to apply, please head here for more details.

How do I choose which coach to work with?

A good place to start would be to take a look at each of the coach’s web pages, find out their key focuses here, and see which coach you feel the most aligned with. That said, all of our coaches are kickass humans and are more than capable of helping you step into your healing.

Do you have a Create The Love Coaching Certification Program?

We do not currently have a coaching certification program. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new offerings.
