Mark Groves is the founder of Create The Love. His own rock bottom – a relationship ending – sparked his lifelong journey to turn his mess into his message. Today, Mark is a human connection specialist, speaker, writer, motivator, creator, connector and collaborator. All. The. Things. As a bridge between the academic and the human, Mark invites people to explore the good, bad, downright ugly, and beautiful sides of connection.
As he puts it: “My brain and heart are home to a lot of relationship nerding-out. Here’s the deepest truth I (currently) know: I’m not here to eff around on this planet during this lifetime. I don’t want to ‘kinda’ do things. I am here to rock the boat. I’m here to share my truth.”
Mark’s purpose? Empowering individuals to step into their power, transform the way they relate to themselves and others, and create authentic change – for a life + love they’ll look back on with a resounding “f*ck yes.”

We like to think of Carrie as Mark’s second brain, the keeper of all the things. With over a decade of online industry experience, Carrie has mastered turning chaos into seamless systems and six-figure launches. Carrie’s superpower? Infusing humanity back into the workplace while setting firm boundaries and nurturing a close-knit team that loves showing up. Her leadership is more than a strategy - its about blending fun, collaboration, and efficiency, ensuring the journey is as rewarding as the destination.

She’s originally from across the pond and believe it or not—she has a delegated Ladyship title… That’s right, she’s a laaaaady!
Jo is a self-taught tech whiz who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results. She’s the energizer bunny on the squad—sometimes we question whether she’s drinking crates of Red Bull behind the scenes! Jo’s a systems-thinker who continuously finds new ways to evolve and improve how we work. With a brain wired for building from the ground up, she loves the back end of creating here at Create The Love! She is also our community director and has done an outstanding job creating one of the most talked about online communities there is.
She’s also a Geology major, speaks 4 languages, is a mumma of two, and holds certifications in energy healing!

Katherine Bertrand
A Vancouverite now living in Arizona (a girl’s gotta have sun), Katherine Katherine is Mark's trusty assistant, using her impeccable organizational, communication and problem-solving skills to support Mark day-to-day.
She is also the face behind our incredible customer care inbox and often helps in person at events.When Kat’s not tapping away at her keyboard, you can find her at the dog park with her Italian Greyhound, Chico, planning her next adventure (13 countries and counting), playing pickleball or catching some live music!
Katherine studied Marketing and Merchandising for fashion, and had a career in the fashion industry prior to working for us!
