We like to think of Carrie as Mark’s second brain, the keeper of all the things. Her playfulness makes managing all the behind the scenes and inner workings of the company fun and refreshing. Before working at Create The Love, Carrie worked in oil and gas for 5 years—BIG shifts here! Carrie has an energy that lights people up. Her ability to communicate with honesty and kindness creates the space for others to do the same, fostering team connection and building trusting relationships.

When Carrie’s not working, you can find her in a small Albertan town riding horses, playing with her pup and daydreaming of where to explore next. She’s originally from across the pond and believe it or not—she has a delegated Ladyship title… That’s right, she’s a laaaaady!

Jo is a self-taught tech whiz who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results. She’s the energizer bunny on the squad—sometimes we question whether she’s drinking crates of Red Bull behind the scenes! Jo’s a systems-thinker who continuously finds new ways to evolve and improve how we work. With a brain wired for building from the ground up, she loves the back end of creating courses here at Create The Love! 

Jo was born and raised in Chicago and now leads a life in warmer parts of the States! She’s a Geology major, speaks 4 languages, is a mumma to an energetic baby girl and 3 cats, and holds certifications in energy healing. Joanna dreams of building a spiritual retreat centre in Hawaii in the future! Wanna chat about your horoscope or better yet, aliens? Hit up Jo!

Katherine, aka Kat, is our Admin Coordinator here at Create the Love and the lovely human replying to your emails over at Customer Service. She can usually be found sipping an iced oat matcha latte, vibing to Bob Marley and coordinating magic behind the scenes!

A Vancouverite now living in the desert of the US Southwest (a girl’s gotta have sun), Kat completed the Marketing and Merchandising for Fashion program at the Visual College of Art and Design of Vancouver before launching into a successful career in the fashion industry. Craving more freedom, fulfillment and impact, Kat soon left the corporate world and made the leap of faith to solopreneurship, helping entrepreneurs to uplevel their biz through a killer social media presence.

Not long after, Kat discovered Mark’s work and fully immersed herself into her own healing. This journey ultimately led her to merge both her personal and professional passions by joining the Create the Love team!

When Kat’s not tapping away at her keyboard, you can find her planning her next overseas adventure, scouring the racks of a local thrift store, or spending time with her soul fam.
