Refund Policy

The following policy changes are effective 1/1/2023. 

Courses, workshops, and digital products do not qualify for refunds due to the nature of the immediate delivery. All courses are hosted on the Kajabi platform, and customers will receive an email with directions on how to access course content immediately after purchase. We do not offer refunds because our courses are self-study, all of the content is made immediately available after purchase, and the content is downloadable.

We do not offer partial refunds for coupons. Coupons can only be applied to future purchases.

Our intention is for you to be happy with your purchase. We stand behind our courses and believe that if you do the work, you will achieve the outcomes you desire. If you feel that you’ve purchased the wrong course or have any other concerns, please contact [email protected].

By purchasing our products, you must read and agree to our terms & conditions, including our refund policy. Course access, login data, email read/open logs, and course progress logs are kept by the Kajabi platform. These records will be provided to banks in the case of disputes.


For courses purchased on or before 12/31/2022:

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund on your course, no questions asked. We do not offer partial refunds for coupons (coupons can only be applied to future purchases). You must submit a refund request form to be eligible for a refund. Workbooks and other immediate downloads are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted after January 14, 2023.
