FAQ

The retreat will be held at the Tofino Resort and Marina. Retreat participants will have a special room rate if they choose to stay there.

Meals, travel and accommodations are not included. The amount you pay covers your retreat registration, which pays for the retreat event space, the activities we do together, the welcome dinner, and other retreat related costs.  As a retreat participant, you will receive a special rate at the Tofino Resort + Marina if you choose to stay there. 

Tofino is located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. In order to travel here if you are not in Canada, you only need a passport. All vaccine requirements have been dropped for travel in to the country of Canada.

You will be asked a series of questions about yourself, the personal work you have done in preparation for the retreat, why you feel like you would be a great addition to the community, and a few other questions that help Mark understand if you’re ready for this level of expansion. 

If Mark doesn’t feel like it’s your time, you will be refunded in full.

We understand that life is not linear and sh*t happens. We have a pretty simple refund policy. No refunds after June 1st, 2023. If sh*t happens after that date, we’ll honour your payment as a credit towards a future Mark Groves retreat.

Part of The Unknown… is the suspense! Mark invites you to trust that you’ll know if this retreat is for you. Stepping into the unknown means trusting that the activities that take place are curated for your greatest expansion. You can definitely expect starting off your retreat having dinner with Mark + getting to know your fellow retreat members, doing the work / getting coached by Mark, community building, hiking, breathwork, meditation, cold plunging, and of course… TACOS! 

Yes! Every retreat participant has two opportunities: (1) to step up to the “hot seat” and explore what is coming up for them with Mark, and (2) to learn by witnessing others who are also stepping into their expansion. So much beauty occurs in the community experience, because we often find similarities in our experiences with others and see ourselves through them.
